Ty has been selling real estate full time for over 18 years and is one of the top performers in the area. Originally born in Nashville, Tennessee but from age 7 was raised in Southern California. First in Newport then Huntington Beach and a few years later moved to Manhattan Beach. Ty exclusively sells coastal luxury homes or classic So-Cal beach bungalows near the beaches of South Bay LA. You will catch Ty out on the Manhattan Beach Strand almost daily, usually riding his bike or surfing. The lifestyle of Manhattan Beach and the Pacific Ocean is dear to him and he wishes to share that with everyone around him.
